150 g bread flour, 50 g egg (about 1 large egg), 15 g raisins.
Seasonings
10 g white sugar, 10 g butter, 10 g milk powder, 3 g cheese, 1 g salt.
Steps
1. Mix bread flour with cream cheese, eggs, white sugar, butter, milk powder, salt, and a little water to form a dough, then let it ferment for 1 hour.
2. Knead the raisins into the fermented dough, divide it into 50 g (about 1.8 oz) pieces, roll each into a ball, place on a baking sheet, and proof in a proofing box until doubled in volume.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), place the baking sheet with the unbaked bread dough inside, and bake until golden brown.
