Oilskin Bread

Ingredients

200 g eggs, 150 g each of bread flour and cake flour.

Seasonings

50 g powdered sugar, 25 g each of granulated sugar, milk powder, butter, and vegetable oil, 5 g yeast, 2 g salt, 100 g cream.

Steps

1. Beat together butter, 50 g cream, and powdered sugar until the color lightens, then slowly add 100 g beaten eggs and mix well. Next, add milk powder and cake flour, mixing on low speed for 5 minutes to form a dough base. Let it ferment and set aside.

2. Combine bread flour, yeast, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) eggs, salt, sugar, 50 g (about 1.8 oz) butter, and a little warm water to form a dough. After it has risen, knead until smooth, then shape it into a loaf that fits your baking pan.

3. Place the bread dough on a greased baking sheet, bake in the oven for 10 minutes, remove and cover with the proofed dough sheet, then return to the oven and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes until done.
