75 g peeled tomato, 50 g each of clean lettuce leaves and onion rings, 3 slices of toast bread, 2 slices of sandwich ham, 1 egg.

Steps
1. Crack the eggs into a hot oiled pan and fry them into sunny-side-up eggs; remove and set aside. Pan-fry the bread slices and ham slices in the same pan until golden brown. Slice the tomato into rounds.
2. Take one slice of bread, spread a little mayonnaise on it, layer on a few lettuce leaves, place a fried egg on top, add a few onion rings, then cover with another slice of bread. Add a few more lettuce leaves, ham slices, a few onion rings, and tomato slices, then finish by topping with the final slice of bread.
