Fluffy Pork Floss Bread

Ingredients

100 g bread flour, 100 g eggs, 50 g butter, 25 g pork floss (dried meat floss), 15 g vegetable oil, 10 g milk powder.

Seasonings

10 g white sugar, 1 g each of yeast, bread improver, and salt.

Steps

1. Place bread flour, milk powder, 15 g butter, yeast, bread improver, vegetable oil, white sugar, and a little water in a stainless steel bowl, then mix and knead until a smooth dough forms, and let it rise in a warm place.

2. Place the fermented dough on a work surface and knead it evenly. First roll it into a long strip, then divide it into portions. Shape each portion into an oblong bread roll and let it rise again for 30 minutes until the dough doubles in volume.

3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the unbaked bread dough on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, use a bread knife to make a lengthwise cut along the top (without cutting all the way through), then fill with 35 g (about 2 ½ tablespoons) of cream and meat floss.
