200 g all-purpose flour, 60 g cornstarch, 60 g white sugar, and blueberry jam to taste.

1 g salt, 10 g egg white, 225 g (about 1 cup) butter.
Steps
1. Mix the butter and sugar together, stirring for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the egg whites and mix until well combined.
3. Then add the dry ingredients and mix evenly by hand, being careful not to overmix to prevent the dough from becoming tough.
4. After mixing evenly, transfer the cookie dough into a piping bag and pipe into small finger-shaped cookies.
5. Place in the oven and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12 minutes, then remove and let cool completely before sandwiching blueberry jam between the cookies.
6. Pipe lines of melted dark chocolate over the surface to finish.
