
Ingredients
4 eggs, 150 g dark chocolate, 40 g almond flakes, 240 g cake flour.
Seasonings
350 g butter, 160 g white sugar, 10 g baking powder, 30 g cocoa powder.
Steps
1. Place butter and white sugar in a stainless steel bowl, beat with a mixer until the mixture turns pale, then slowly add the eggs while stirring continuously, mixing until well combined.
2. Sift the cake flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder together, then fold them into the egg batter and mix until well combined.
3. Place the dark chocolate in a stainless steel bowl and melt it over hot water, stirring until smooth, then add it to the egg-flour mixture and mix until well combined.
4. Then add the almond slices and mix until well combined.
5. Pour the batter into the mold, place it in a preheated oven, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 22 minutes until cooked through; once cooled, decorate the surface with chocolate sauce.
