Ham and Pork Floss Buns

Ingredients

200 g bread flour, 125 g eggs, 50 g butter, 15 g ham, 10 g pork floss

Seasonings

25 g milk powder, 25 g powdered sugar, 2 g bread improver, 2 g yeast, and 1 g salt.

Steps

1. Mix bread flour, milk powder, bread improver, yeast, powdered sugar, salt, eggs, and butter until well combined, then add warm water as needed and mix thoroughly, kneading into a dough; let it rest in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.

2. Place the risen dough on a work surface, press, fold, and knead until smooth. Divide into small dough portions, roll each into a sheet, and spread a little butter on top.

3. Then evenly sprinkle with pork floss, add the ham, and let rise for another 20 minutes. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 190°C (375°F) oven for 15 minutes until done.
