Ingredients

150 g bread flour and 150 g (about 3 large) eggs.

Seasonings

15 g white sugar, 5 g each of cheese and milk powder, 2 g each of salt and yeast.

Steps

1. Sift the bread flour, then add yeast, white sugar, cheese, milk powder, salt, and 50 g of beaten egg, mixing well. Gradually pour in warm water and knead into a dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 2 hours.

2. Knead the leavened dough until smooth, divide into 30 g portions, roll each into a round ball, place on a baking sheet, and proof in a proofing box until doubled in volume to form the raw bread dough.

3. Brush the bread dough with egg wash, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until the surface turns golden brown, about 20 minutes.
