Raisin Cake Roll

Ingredients

125 g (about 1 cup) cake flour, 125 g (about 2-3 large) eggs, 75 g (about 1/2 cup) raisins, 75 g (about 1/3 cup) fresh cream.

Seasonings

White sugar 15 g, vegetable oil 15 g, cream of tartar 3 g, baking powder 3 g, salt 1 g.

Steps

1. Sift together the cake flour, cream of tartar, and baking powder, then mix in the eggs, granulated sugar, salt, and vegetable oil until a smooth batter forms.

2. Pour the batter into a baking pan, bake for 20 minutes until cooked through, remove from the oven and let cool, then slice off the cake's surface skin.

3. Place raisins on the surface of the cake, spread a layer of fresh cream, then use a cake cloth to roll the cake into a cylinder, and finally slice it into round cake pieces to serve.
