Seasonings

150 g bread flour, 40 g egg, 25 g desiccated coconut, 10 g each white sugar and butter, 3 g cheese, honey water as needed.

1 g salt (about 1/4 teaspoon)

Steps

1. Mix bread flour, cream cheese, eggs, white sugar, salt, butter, and water into a dough, then let it rise for 2 hours.

2. Divide the dough into pieces of about 30 g each, roll them into balls, and place them on a baking sheet. Let them rise in a proofing box until doubled in size, then brush with egg wash and bake in the oven until golden brown on the surface. Remove from the oven, let cool, brush with honey water, and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
