
Ingredients
150 g (about 1 1/4 cups) cake flour, 125 g (about 2 large) eggs, 75 g (about 1/3 cup) heavy cream, 75 g (about 2/3 cup) pork floss.
Seasonings
25 g vegetable oil, 10 g white sugar, 3 g cream of tartar, 2 g baking powder, 1 g salt.
Steps
1. Crack the eggs into a stainless steel bowl and beat until frothy, then add cream of tartar, white sugar, and salt, beating until well combined. Stir in vegetable oil, then add sifted cake flour and baking powder, mixing until a thick batter forms.
2. Brush a thin layer of vegetable oil onto the baking sheet, pour in the cake batter, and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oven and let cool.
3. Spread a thin, even layer of fresh whipped cream over the cake, sprinkle with pork floss, then roll the cake up into a cylinder using a cake cloth. Cut into slices and serve.
