220 g all-purpose flour, 25 g cocoa powder, 40 g dark chocolate chips, 45 g white sugar.

1 g salt, 150 g (about 5.3 oz) butter, 2 g vanilla extract.
Steps
1. Mix butter and sugar together, stirring for about 5 minutes, then add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
2. Then add the dry ingredients and mix evenly with your hands. Do not overmix to avoid developing the gluten. Add the dark chocolate chunks and knead until evenly distributed.
3. Roll the cookie dough into a log shape about 4 cm (1.5 inches) in diameter, then cut into 15 g (about 0.5 oz) pieces, roll each into a ball, and arrange them evenly on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes, then remove and dust the tops with powdered sugar.
