
Ingredients
150 g (about 1 1/4 cups) cake flour, 150 ml heavy cream, and 3 large eggs.
Seasonings
25 g cornstarch, 15 g powdered sugar, and 15 g vegetable oil.
Steps
1. Place eggs and powdered sugar in a mixer, beat on low speed until frothy, then sift in the cake flour and cornstarch, mixing until smooth to form the cake batter.
2. Brush the cake pan with vegetable oil, then pour in the prepared batter and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (about 375°F) for approximately 20 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
3. Remove the baked cake and let it cool completely, then pipe the whipped cream into a pastry bag and pipe it onto the cake surface in the shape of Mickey Mouse.
