Ingredients
200 g frozen potato starch, 50 g (about 1/4 cup) soybeans.
Seasonings
5 g sesame seeds, 3 g salt.
Instructions
1. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a skillet; rinse the soybeans, soak them in water, then boil them in a pot until the raw taste is gone.
2. Grind the cooked soybeans together with the toasted sesame seeds and salt in a mill, then sift through a sieve to make soybean soup.
3. Prepare the frozen potato starch the same way as for frozen potato noodles, then mix with cold water and shape into flat rounds. Steam for 30-40 minutes, then press through a noodle press into cold water to form noodles. Finally, place in a bowl and top with soybean soup before serving.
