Potato Tangyuan (Glutinous Rice Balls with Potato Filling)

Ingredients

1000 g (about 2.2 lbs) potatoes, 1 cup each of sweet bean paste, soybean flour, mung bean flour, and red bean flour.

Seasonings

1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder.

Instructions

1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, then steam until cooked through.

2. Mix salt, sugar, and cinnamon powder into the steamed potatoes and mash until smooth.

3. Shape the mashed potato into balls and serve with sweet red bean paste for dipping.
