Ingredients
500 g (about 1 lb) bread dough, 250 g (about 1 cup) fresh cheese, 2 egg yolks, 100 g (about 1 medium) onion, 80 g (about 1/3 cup) diced salted pork belly.
Seasonings
15 g oil, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
Instructions
1. Slice the onion thinly and sauté in butter; finely dice the salted pork belly; roll out the dough into a thin sheet, then layer the remaining listed ingredients on top.
2. Bake in the oven at the highest heat setting for 10 minutes.
