Garden Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1 head of lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 3 small cucumbers, 1 head of romaine lettuce, 1 red bell pepper, 1 onion, 1 bunch of celery, 15 medium-sized mushrooms.

Seasonings

Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, all to taste.

Instructions

1. Crush the garlic, then mince it finely; finely dice the red bell pepper, onion, celery, and mushrooms (chop them very fine); slice the cucumber; separate, wash, and dry the lettuce leaves.

2. Toss the above ingredients together and sprinkle with lemon juice.

3. Place the mixed salad in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil before serving.
