Roasted Pork Belly

Ingredients

to taste pork belly, 2 tablespoons cold boiled water each.

Seasonings

2 tablespoons Korean chili paste (gochujang), 1/2 tablespoon sesame paste, 1 tablespoon each of sesame oil, minced scallion, minced ginger, minced garlic, cooking rice wine, sugar, and sesame seeds, and 1 teaspoon Korean chili powder.

Instructions

1. Mix all the seasonings together and stir until well combined to create a Korean-style barbecue sauce.

2. Marinate the pork belly in the prepared Korean BBQ sauce for about 3 hours, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator.

3. After marinating, remove the meat and lay it flat on a baking sheet lined with foil. Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 400°F), then place it in the oven and roast for 5 minutes.
