Vanilla Cream Pudding

Ingredients

16 g gelatin powder, 4 tablespoons amaretto liqueur, 1000 ml heavy cream.

Seasonings

7 tablespoons fresh milk, 180 g (about 6.3 oz) sugar, a few drops vanilla extract.

Instructions

1. Dissolve gelatin powder in 4 times its volume of water; heat cream, fresh milk, and sugar over low heat for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

2. Add the gelatin solution and cook over low heat until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool, then stir in the sweet wine. Pour the mixture into curry cups and refrigerate until set.
