Ingredients
2 squid, 1 onion, 3 shiitake mushrooms.
Seasonings
3 tablespoons chili paste, 1 tablespoon each of minced green onion, minced garlic, sugar, and sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon each of soy sauce and sesame oil.
Instructions
1. Peel the squid, score only the flat side with cuts spaced 1 cm (about 1/2 inch) apart, then dip it in the soy sauce-based seasoning sauce.
2. Cut the squid into rings, then grill after 10 minutes.
