Seasonings
Seasonings: spicy tomato sauce, light soy sauce, and salad oil, each to taste.
Instructions
1. Heat a flat pan, then add salad oil. Once the oil is hot, stir-fry the shredded carrot until softened, then add the diced chicken and cook until it turns white. Next, add the shredded onion and cook through, then add light soy sauce and stir well to combine.
2. Pour it over freshly cooked white rice, add spicy ketchup to taste, and serve.
