Ingredients
1 chicken, 30 g (about 1 oz) ginseng, 50 g (about 1/4 cup) glutinous rice.
Seasonings
5 g (about 1 tsp) salt.
Instructions
1. Rub the chicken with salt to season; soak the glutinous rice in water and set aside; place the ginseng and soaked glutinous rice inside the chicken cavity, then steam until cooked through.
2. Once the chicken is cooked through, cut it into pieces and arrange on a plate. Place the cooked glutinous rice and ginseng alongside, then pour the steaming juices over the chicken pieces.
