Italian Thin Noodles

Ingredients

480 g (about 1 lb) thin spaghetti, 65 g (about 2.3 oz) each of tomatoes and sausage, 80 g (about 2.8 oz) eggplant, 30 g (about 1 oz) each of bell peppers and green beans.

Seasonings

65 g each of onion and garlic, salad oil as needed, and 80 g of Kewpie Thousand Island dressing.

Instructions

1. Slice the eggplant and bell peppers into pieces; finely shred the onion; mince the garlic; cut the sausage into diagonal chunks. Cook the pasta until done; cut the tomatoes into chunks; cut the blanched green beans into 3 cm (about 1-inch) lengths.

2. Heat oil in a pan, then add the prepared ingredients and stir-fry.

3. Mix the results from Step 1 and Step 2 together, then dress with Kewpie Thousand Island dressing.
