Korean Hand Rolled Pancakes

Ingredients

Chinese chives, egg crepes, thin pancake wrappers, purple cabbage, sausages, bean sprouts, green asparagus lettuce, carrots, braised pork, and cucumber, each to taste.

Seasonings

Salt, MSG, garlic water, and sweet chili sauce, each to taste.

Instructions

1. Cut all ingredients into thick julienne strips. Except for the braised pork, blanch all other ingredients in boiling water, then transfer to a mixing bowl, add the seasonings, and toss everything together until well combined.

2. Wash the purple cabbage and use it as a base, then neatly arrange and roll up the chives, sausage, bean sprouts, green asparagus lettuce, carrot, braised pork, cucumber, and thin pancake wrappers in order.

3. Open the thin pancake wrapper, spread the egg pancake on top, add some bacon and cucumber, then roll it up and serve.
