Meatball Pancakes

Ingredients

400 g (about 14 oz) beef, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) tofu, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup flour.

Seasonings

3 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper, 3 tablespoons oil.

Instructions

1. Mix the ground beef well, then drain the tofu and mash it.

2. Mix the seasoned meat and tofu together until well combined, then shape into 4 cm (about 1.5 inch) round patties. Coat each patty first in flour, then in beaten egg, and pan-fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with a dipping sauce of vinegar and soy sauce.
