Japanese Seafood Stir-Fried Noodles

Ingredients

Italian dried pasta 120 g (about 4 oz), fish fillet 80 g, green bell pepper 30 g, shrimp 30 g, squid 30 g, onion 20 g, mushrooms 10 g.

Seasonings

10 g scallions, 1 head of garlic, and salad oil, soy sauce, and salt to taste.

Instructions

1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain well.

2. Slice the mushrooms; mince the garlic; cut the fish, green bell pepper, onion, scallions, and squid into thin strips.

3. Add salad oil to the wok, then stir-fry the fish fillet, shrimp, and squid until cooked. Add green bell pepper, onion, scallion, mushrooms, and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant and cooked through. Add the noodles and toss everything together, then drizzle with soy sauce and salt, stir-fry until well combined, and serve.
