Ingredients
200 g fresh seaweed, 100 g lean beef.
Seasonings
5 g white-skinned garlic, 2 g each ground white pepper and sesame oil, 20 g each soy sauce and soybean oil.
Instructions
1. Finely mince the beef and mix it with soy sauce and sesame oil; soak the kelp in water for a few minutes until softened.
2. Add sesame oil to the pot, stir-fry the beef and seaweed, then add water and bring to a boil. Season with soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground black pepper to taste.
