Squid Rolls

Ingredients

Squid, as needed.

Seasonings

Shredded cabbage leaves, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and carrot, all to taste.

Instructions

1. Shred the red chili pepper, green chili pepper, and carrot into thin strips. Clean the squid, score it with a crisscross pattern, and blanch it in boiling water.

2. Lay the cabbage leaves flat, place the squid rolls on top, then add shredded red and green chili peppers and carrot strips, roll them up tightly, and cut into pieces about 2 cm high and 4-5 cm long.
