Grilled Oyster Skewers

Ingredients

500 g (about 1 lb) oysters, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) taro, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) tofu.

Seasonings

20 g soy sauce, 20 g scallions, 10 g sesame oil, 10 g ginger, 10 g garlic, 5 g vinegar, 2 g sesame salt, and 0.5 g ground white pepper.

Instructions

1. In soy sauce, add green onions, garlic, sesame oil, ginger juice, ground black pepper, and sesame salt to make the seasoning.

2. Pan-fry the tofu until lightly browned, then cut into even pieces; blanch the oysters in boiling salted water; cook the taro until tender, peel, and halve any large ones.

3. Alternately thread oysters, tofu, and taro onto skewers, then brush with the seasoning sauce and grill over charcoal.

4. Once cooked, place on a plate and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
