
Ingredients
10 chestnuts, 50 g (about 1/4 cup) red dates, 50 g (about 1/2 cup) white fungus.
Seasonings
50 g rock sugar, 1000 g (about 4 cups) water.
Steps
1. Wash the jujubes, remove the pits; wash the white fungus, soak in clean water for 30 minutes, then cut into small pieces; peel the chestnuts and dice them.
2. Place all ingredients except rock sugar into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Finally, add rock sugar, turn off the heat, and let it cool before serving.
