1. Rinse the white fungus (tremella mushroom) and soak it in clean water for 30 minutes, then remove and cut into small pieces; wash the papaya and cut into chunks.
2. Place all ingredients except rock sugar into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Finally, add rock sugar, turn off the heat, let it cool, then serve in bowls.
