
Ingredients
300 g dragon fruit, 150 g black rice.
Seasonings
to taste white sugar, 100 g (about 1/2 cup) fresh milk.
Steps
1. Rinse the black rice to remove any impurities, then cook it in boiling water until tender. Drain and let it cool completely.
2. Wash the dragon fruit, cut it in half lengthwise, then scoop out the flesh to create a serving bowl.
3. Put the dragon fruit flesh, milk, and sugar into a blender and blend into a juice.
4. Place the black rice into the dragon fruit shell, then pour the blended milk mixture over it and serve.
