50 g (about 1/4 cup) rock sugar.
Ingredients
8 quail eggs, 50 g (about 1/4 cup) jujube dates, 1000 g (about 4 cups) water.
Steps
1. Wash the jujubes and remove the pits.
2. Cook the quail eggs until hard-boiled, then peel off the shells.
3. Place all ingredients except the rock sugar into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Finally, add the rock sugar, turn off the heat, and let it cool before serving.
