
Ingredients
150 g navel oranges (about 1 medium), 100 g apple (about 1 small)
Seasonings
Sugar to taste.
Steps
1. Peel, core, and wash the apple, then cut into small pieces; peel the orange, separate into segments, remove the white pith and membranes, then wash.
2. Place a clean pot over high heat, add enough water and bring to a boil with the orange segments, then reduce to medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Then add the diced apples, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes until tender, then add rock sugar and cook until dissolved, turn off the heat and let cool, then pour into a large bowl and serve.
