Peanut Milk Dessert Soup

Ingredients

200 g raw peanuts, 50 g peanut butter, 500 g (about 2 cups) fresh milk.

Seasonings

80 g (about 1/3 cup) rock sugar.

Steps

1. Peel and wash the peanuts, place them in a bowl, then set the bowl in a steamer and steam until soft and tender.

2. Place the peanuts, peanut butter, and milk together in a clean pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

3. Finally, add rock sugar and cook until dissolved, then turn off the heat and let it cool before serving.
