Orange Sago Sweet Soup

Ingredients

1 orange, 50 g (about 1/4 cup) sago, 10 g (about 1 tablespoon) Sichuan fritillary bulb, 5 g (about 1 teaspoon) goji berries.

Seasonings

Brown sugar to taste.

Steps

1. Rinse the Sichuan fritillaria and goji berries separately, then soak them in clean water until fully softened; drain well. Peel the orange and separate it into small segments.

2. Rinse the sago, then cook it in a pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes until tender, then drain well.

3. Place orange segments, sago, fritillaria, goji berries, and brown sugar in a stewing pot, add water as needed, then place the pot in a steamer and cook over low heat for 1 hour, then remove.
