Orange and Strawberry Sweet Soup

Ingredients

200 g (about 7 oz) oranges, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) strawberries.

Seasonings

Sugar and honey to taste.

Steps

1. Peel the oranges, separate into segments, remove the white pith, and cut large segments in half.

2. Remove the stems from the strawberries, rinse them under clean water, drain well, and cut into small pieces.

3. Place a clean pot over high heat, add an appropriate amount of water and rock sugar, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, then skim off any foam from the surface. Add the orange pieces and strawberry pieces, reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Finally, stir in honey until well combined, then remove from heat and serve in bowls.
