Ingredients
150 g red grapes, 100 g (about 3/4 cup) shelled peanuts.
Seasonings
Sugar and ice cubes, both to taste.
Steps
1. Place the peanuts in a large bowl, add warm water and soak for 30 minutes, then drain.
2. Peel and seed the red grapes, then cut each grape in half.
3. Place a clean pot over high heat, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. First add rock sugar and cook for 5 minutes, then skim off any foam from the surface. Add the peanuts, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for about 20 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, pour into a container, and let cool. Then add the red grapes and ice cubes, stir well, and serve.
