Chrysanthemum and Almond Sweet Soup

Ingredients

Chrysanthemum flowers 5, goji berries 10 g, almonds 30 g, water 1000 g (about 4 cups).

Seasonings

30 g (about 2 tablespoons) rock sugar

Steps

1. Rinse the chrysanthemum flowers, goji berries, and almonds separately, drain well, then place them all together in a pot and add water.

2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

3. Finally, add rock sugar and cook until dissolved, then turn off the heat and let it cool before serving.
