
Ingredients
Hami melon 1/2 (about 150 g), sago 100 g (about 3.5 oz), kiwi 1.
Seasonings
Sugar to taste, 3 tablespoons coconut milk.
Steps
1. Peel and wash the kiwifruit, then cut into long strips; wash the cantaloupe, peel and remove the seeds, cut into small cubes, blanch briefly in boiling water, then remove and rinse under cold water.
2. Rinse the sago thoroughly, place it in a pot of water and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook until fully tender, then drain well.
3. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add sugar and cook until dissolved, then stir in coconut milk and mix well. Pour into a large bowl, add the cooked sago, kiwi, and cantaloupe, and stir to combine.
