
Ingredients
300 g mango (about 2/3 lb), 50 g kiwi (about 1 small), 30 g strawberries (about 3-4).
Seasonings
Sugar to taste.
Steps
1. Peel and pit the mango, then cut the flesh into small cubes.
2. Remove the stems from the strawberries, soak them in clean water for 10 minutes, then rinse and drain, and cut them in half.
3. Peel the kiwifruit, rinse and drain, then cut into small cubes.
4. Place a clean pot over high heat, add an appropriate amount of water, then add the diced mango, strawberries, and diced kiwi. Bring to a rolling boil, skim off any foam, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add rock sugar and cook until fully dissolved, then remove from heat and serve in bowls.
