
Ingredients
500 g (about 1 lb) dragon fruit, 3 eggs.
Seasonings
Sugar to taste.
Steps
1. Peel the dragon fruit, remove the flesh, and cut it into large chunks (or thick slices).
2. Wash the eggs, boil them in a pot of water until fully cooked, then remove and soak in cold water to cool. Peel off the shells and cut each egg in half.
3. Place the pot over heat, add enough water and bring the dragon fruit pieces to a boil over high heat, then skim off any foam, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Then add white sugar and cook until completely dissolved, then add the cooked eggs and bring to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and serve in bowls.
