Yangmei Fresh Milk Dew

Ingredients

100 g (about 3.5 oz) bayberries.

Seasonings

Sugar to taste, 250 g (about 1 cup) fresh milk.

Steps

1. Wash the bayberries, remove the pits, and take out the clean flesh.

2. Place a clean pot over high heat, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. First, add rock sugar and cook until dissolved, then add the bayberries and bring to a rolling boil. Skim off any foam, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, stir in the milk until well combined, turn off the heat, and let it cool.

3. Pour the bayberry milk drink into a container, refrigerate until chilled, and serve cold.
