50 g rock sugar (or granulated sugar), 1000 g (about 4 cups) water.
Ingredients
5 chrysanthemum flowers, 2 snow pears, 10 g (about 1/3 oz) goji berries.
Steps
1. Wash the snow pear, peel and core it, then cut into small pieces.
2. Place all ingredients except the rock sugar into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Finally, add rock sugar, turn off the heat, let it cool, then serve in bowls.
