
Ingredients
150 g watermelon, 100 g each of strawberries and apple, 50 g black rice.
Seasonings
Sugar and ice cubes to taste, 120 g (about 1/2 cup) milk.
Steps
1. Remove the stems from the strawberries, wash them, and cut large ones in half; peel and core the apple, then cut into small pieces; remove the rind and seeds from the watermelon, take the flesh, and cut into small pieces.
2. Rinse the black rice until clean, place it in a pressure cooker with enough water, and cook for about 20 minutes until tender. Remove and let cool.
3. Place the strawberries, apple, watermelon, and cooked black rice in a large bowl, then add sugar, milk, and ice cubes, and stir until well combined.
