
Ingredients
100 g watermelon, 100 g cantaloupe, 1 kiwi, and 50 g coconut jelly.
Seasonings
To taste rock sugar, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) coconut milk.
Steps
1. Peel the watermelon, cantaloupe, and kiwi, then cut each into large chunks; rinse the sea coconut and cut into small wedges.
2. Place a pot over high heat and add enough water. Add the sea coconut and rock sugar, bring to a boil, then skim off any foam. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 20 minutes. Pour in the coconut milk and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Add the watermelon chunks, kiwi chunks, and cantaloupe chunks, stirring until well combined. Remove from heat, pour into a large bowl, and serve.
