100 g carrots, 80 g coconut meat, 50 g celery, and 1/2 lemon.

Steps
1. Peel the carrots, wash them, and cut into small pieces; wash the lemon and cut into small slices.
2. Wash and trim the celery, blanch the tender leaves briefly in boiling water, then remove and rinse under cold water; finely chop the celery stalks.
3. Pour the white wine into a large bowl, add the carrot chunks, coconut meat, coconut water, diced celery, celery leaves, honey, and lemon slices, mix well, and let marinate for 30 minutes before serving.
