Minced ginger, mashed garlic, chopped scallions, chicken bouillon, fine salt, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chicken broth, water starch, and lard, each to taste.
Steps
1. Cut the chicken into small cubes; in a bowl, combine salt, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, chicken bouillon, chicken broth, and water starch, then stir well to make a sauce mixture.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add minced pickled chili, minced ginger, garlic paste, diced chicken, diced asparagus lettuce, diced green bell pepper, and the remaining seasonings. Stir-fry until everything is cooked through, then sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve.
