Garlic Stir-Fried Crown Daisy

Ingredients

750 g (about 1.65 lbs) crown daisy, 50 g (about 10 cloves) garlic.

Seasonings

1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon each of MSG and chicken bouillon powder, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Steps

1. Pick over and wash the crown daisy thoroughly, cut into long sections, blanch briefly in boiling water with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of vegetable oil, then remove, rinse under cold water, and drain well; peel the garlic, wash, and mash into a paste.

2. Heat oil in a wok until hot, first add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the crown daisy segments, season with salt, chicken powder, and MSG, and stir-fry until well-flavored, then remove from the wok and plate.
