Mustard Greens with Beef and Silken Tofu

Seasonings

300 g (about 10.5 oz) firm tofu (cut into small cubes), 300 g (about 10.5 oz) ground beef, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) chopped mustard greens, 10 g each of green and red bell peppers, and to taste straw mushrooms and peas.

Seasonings

5 g each minced scallion, ginger, and garlic, 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder, 1 teaspoon each sugar, salt, and soy sauce, 10 teaspoons each fermented black beans and dried chili peppers, 3 tablespoons water starch, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Steps

1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat, then add ground beef, soy sauce, minced scallions, minced ginger, minced garlic, dried chili peppers, peas, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, fermented black beans, straw mushrooms, tofu, and mustard greens, and stir-fry until everything is cooked through.

2. Add salt, sugar, and chicken bouillon powder to taste, then thicken with a cornstarch slurry, and transfer to a serving plate.
